Lindt, the Swiss premium chocolate brand beloved in more than 120 countries worldwide, will launch its first-ever artisan praline collection, Signature Pralinés, on November 27. The collection will be available at 25 “Lindt” Chocolat Boutiques nationwide in Japan, as well as at a limited-time pop-up store, Signature Pralinés by Lindt, opening on the first floor of Shibuya Scramble Square.
Celebrating its 180th anniversary this year, Lindt presents the first artisan pralines in its long history. The Signature Pralinés were developed over two years by Lindt’s Maître Chocolatier, Arnaud Ragot. In his French atelier, he pursued perfection in every detail—from design and ingredients to aroma, texture, and flavor—carefully handcrafting each piece into a truly special collection.
The Signature Pralinés come in seven varieties: Milk Tea, Milk Almond, Milk Coconut, Dark 70% Cacao, Dark Hazelnut, Dark Raspberry, and Dark Yuzu. Each piece delicately balances the rich aroma of cacao with the smooth melt of chocolate, creating a harmonious marriage of flavors and textures.

At the press event held in Tokyo on the 25th, Chiaki Fukumoto, President of Lindt & Sprüngli Japan, and Arnaud Ragot both attended. Regarding the new release, Fukumoto commented, “Our iconic product, Lindor, is loved by many and has become a popular casual gift. With Signature Pralinés, Lindt’s first artisan praline line, we hope to expand chocolate’s role into more formal gift occasions, special presents for loved ones, and as a personal indulgence.”
Arnaud Ragot, who came to Japan from France for the event, spoke about the use of yuzu in the Signature Pralinés: “Yuzu flavors are gaining attention in France as well. The Dark Yuzu offers a new taste experience—a praline infused with the delicate fragrance of Japanese yuzu, coated in dark chocolate.”
Special guests Lily Franky and Atsuko Maeda also appeared at the event to showcase Lindt’s appeal for the upcoming Christmas season.
