NINBEN Offers Limited-Time “Oshi-katsu” Menu at “Nihonbashi Dashi Bar Hanare”

NINBEN has begun selling a limited menu item, “Scallop Rice Cooked in Bonito Broth,” at “Nihonbashi Dashi Bar Hanare” from January 2, in line with the “Kanaeru NIHONBASHI 2025-26” oshi-katsu initiative being held in the Nihonbashi area of Tokyo. The dish features auspicious scallops gently cooked with premium honkare bonito broth.

Scallops are considered lucky because their shape resembles a sail, suggesting “smooth sailing,” and the pattern on the shell also evokes the idea of “further prosperity.” The restaurant offers this auspicious menu item, designed to lift both your mood and your oshi-katsu spirit in one bite. The price is 1,820 yen including tax.

Sales run until February 15. During lunch and dinner, the restaurant will offer a limited quantity of “Dashi Takikomi Gozen,” a set meal that includes broth-cooked rice, soup, side dishes, pickles, and dessert. During dinner, the single item will also be available in limited quantities.
