On November 10, Bull-Dog Sauce newly launched three items of “Sozai o Ajiwau Dressing Premium,” a further quality-value-focused addition to the “Sozai o Ajiwau Dressing” series under its “&Bull-Dog” brand.
“Sozai o Ajiwau Dressing Premium” is a dressing finished with generous amounts of carefully selected domestic vegetables and crafted for flavor without relying on additives. You can richly enjoy the ingredients’ natural taste, texture, and aroma, and the brand’s original special blended oil enhances a deli-like taste.
The lineup consists of three items: “Setouchi Lemon and Anchovy,” “Kyo Kurenai Carrot and Yuzu,” and “Burdock and White Miso.” Each is 200 ml and sold at an open price.
“Setouchi Lemon and Anchovy” uses Setouchi lemons and domestically produced onions, and is finished with a deep, layered taste created by the anchovy’s rich umami together with the fresh aroma and acidity of Setouchi lemon.
“Kyo Kurenai Carrot and Yuzu” uses Kyo Kurenai carrots from Kyoto Prefecture, domestically produced yuzu, and domestically produced onions, and is finished with a light taste in which the sweetness of vividly colored Kyo Kurenai carrot is complemented by the refreshing fragrance of yuzu.
“Burdock and White Miso” uses domestically produced burdock and sudachi from Tokushima Prefecture, and is finished with a deep, mellow taste built from burdock’s richly savory flavor together with the refined sweetness and richness of Saikyo miso.
At its second-quarter financial results briefing held on November 13, the company mentioned “Sozai o Ajiwau Dressing Premium,” saying: “We will sell it as the kind of product that is so good you want to eat it yourself and want someone else to eat it as well. By launching this brand, we will convey to everyone the strengths of the entire ‘Sozai o Ajiwau’ brand. We will develop it with that intention,” said Mai Saeki, Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer.
